Slow-cooked ragù, creamy béchamel, and layers of pasta — the real Bolognese lasagna, made from scratch in our kitchen.
No shortcuts, no frozen shortcuts from a factory. Every tray is assembled and baked by hand, using a slow-cooked meat sauce that takes hours to develop its flavor. The result is rich, hearty, and exactly what a proper Italian lasagna should taste like.
Delivered cold, ready to heat — no cooking skills required.
How to heat it:
- Oven: 180°C for 10–15 minutes (keep it in the tray, covered with foil)
- Microwave: 5–10 minutes on medium heat — transfer to a microwave-safe dish first, do not use the aluminium tray
