Lasagna Vegetarian

Product Description

A white lasagna — no tomato sauce. Layers of pasta with silky béchamel, courgette, aubergine, champignon mushrooms and tomato, all diced small so every forkful carries a bit of everything.

Three sheets of pasta, assembled and baked by hand in our kitchen, finished with cheese and mozzarella on top. Delivered chilled and ready to heat.

What's inside:

  • Courgette, aubergine, champignon mushrooms and tomato, finely diced
  • Slow-cooked béchamel between every layer
  • Three sheets of ruffled-edge pasta
  • Cheese and mozzarella baked on top
  • No meat, no meat stock

How to heat it:

  • Oven: 180°C for 10–15 minutes, covered with foil
  • Remove the foil for the last few minutes if you want the top more golden
  • Serve hot, straight from the tray

Arrives cold in its aluminium tray. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of delivery, or freeze on arrival.
